Aspen Dental For Sale
Private equity firm Ares Management (Los Angeles, CA) put Aspen Dental (East Syracuse, NY), a chain of dentistry practices, up for sale. Ares made its initial investment in Aspen Dental in 2006 and hired Moelis & Co (New York, NY) to auction the business. Aspen Dental has more than 230 locations in 20 states and plans to add more than 50 locations a year for the next two years. Last year, the company handled about two million patient visits.
